We are Steph and Angie - sisters who love to scrapbook. We don't know design, we aren't color experts and we usually only get to scrapbook a few times a year. But, we love our families and scrapbooking our memories with them so here we are!

We'll try not to bog you down with long supply lists and explanations (half the time we can't remember what we used or it's such old stuff that you'd never find it anywhere anyway!)

Please feel free to "scrap-lift" any of our ideas that strike your fancy, and if you are a scrapbooker with your own blog, please link back to us!

21" of Snow

Living in snowy Northern Minnesota, I have plenty of opportunities to scrap snow pages. This year my chance came early when we had almost two feet of snow the weekend before Thanksgiving. I had recently scored some Simple Stories Winter Wonderland collection pieces from scrapbook.steals.com and was itching to use the beautiful stuff!

For Bekah's page, I started with a background paper that I loved except for the fact that it sprinkled flowers among the pinecones and snowflakes in the bottom corner. I solved that by ripping a corner of the birch print paper and layering it over, leaving just a few snowflakes, pinecones and spring still peeking out.

I used the rest of that piece of birch print paper for Scott's page, layering it over a striped piece from a DCWV stack.
On both Bekah and Scott's pages, I used a wooden snowflake printed wood slice found recently in the Target Dollar Spot. They coordinated perfectly with this collection.

I chose one of the great stripey papers for the background of Alarik's page and added the Winter Wonderland chipboard title, the top border sticker, deer and snowflake stickers.
