We are Steph and Angie - sisters who love to scrapbook. We don't know design, we aren't color experts and we usually only get to scrapbook a few times a year. But, we love our families and scrapbooking our memories with them so here we are!

We'll try not to bog you down with long supply lists and explanations (half the time we can't remember what we used or it's such old stuff that you'd never find it anywhere anyway!)

Please feel free to "scrap-lift" any of our ideas that strike your fancy, and if you are a scrapbooker with your own blog, please link back to us!

Bayfield Apple Fest '10

I started with some brown plaid paper for the background on this page and layered papers in fall colors for a title area, photo mats and a journaling area. The letters and numbers for the title I ordered from peachycheap.com. I ran the title down the page vertically on a piece of "burlap" pattered paper which I tore the edge on to add more contrast. Both the photos on the left hand page I double matted using the same burlap paper and a leaf pattern paper. I ran some leaf cut-outs purchased from Target along the other edge and added the year. I framed out the brown plaid background paper of the right hand page with a leaf print, again using a tearing technique. I placed lots of pics on this page around my journaling area.
