We are Steph and Angie - sisters who love to scrapbook. We don't know design, we aren't color experts and we usually only get to scrapbook a few times a year. But, we love our families and scrapbooking our memories with them so here we are!

We'll try not to bog you down with long supply lists and explanations (half the time we can't remember what we used or it's such old stuff that you'd never find it anywhere anyway!)

Please feel free to "scrap-lift" any of our ideas that strike your fancy, and if you are a scrapbooker with your own blog, please link back to us!

Christmas '06

I started the left hand page with a piece of red paper and then layered a ripped piece of ornament pattern paper over that. The title is made from ornament alpha stickers and I used a metal ornament brad from Oriental Trading on each end of the title. I used an over-sized cardstock mat for the puppy picture and hand wrote a "note from the kids" asking Santa for a puppy. In each corner of the photo/journaling mat I placed a paw sticker. I think I got these at Wal-Mart. Along the bottom of the page I ran some fibers through some vellum tags that I had journaled on. On the right hand page I layered a vellum sheet over the candy cane print paper and then framed out the vellum sheet on three sides with ribbon, running the ribbon through eyelets in each corner. I ran more fibers along the top and strung some metal candy cane brads on it. I scattered some Christmas word "bubbles" around my pictures on the vellum.
