We are Steph and Angie - sisters who love to scrapbook. We don't know design, we aren't color experts and we usually only get to scrapbook a few times a year. But, we love our families and scrapbooking our memories with them so here we are!

We'll try not to bog you down with long supply lists and explanations (half the time we can't remember what we used or it's such old stuff that you'd never find it anywhere anyway!)

Please feel free to "scrap-lift" any of our ideas that strike your fancy, and if you are a scrapbooker with your own blog, please link back to us!

The Tree

I used plain red paper that I roughed up a little with some sand paper for matting on this winter-y pine cone paper. I used some hinges held on with small brads as accents on the title strip. I added some interest to the main photo on the left hand page by punching some star shapes out of the photo. I then added a book plate attached with brads and slipped in a piece of red paper for a journaling/title area. I placed several smaller photos on the right hand page and accented with a few snowflake brads. The journaling area at the bottom of the page is also accented with a hinge. I repeated the star punch on a bigger scale by punching a star out of the journaling area. The date is hand written inside a stamp which is a circle of small stars.
