We are Steph and Angie - sisters who love to scrapbook. We don't know design, we aren't color experts and we usually only get to scrapbook a few times a year. But, we love our families and scrapbooking our memories with them so here we are!

We'll try not to bog you down with long supply lists and explanations (half the time we can't remember what we used or it's such old stuff that you'd never find it anywhere anyway!)

Please feel free to "scrap-lift" any of our ideas that strike your fancy, and if you are a scrapbooker with your own blog, please link back to us!

Making Christmas Cookies

It's not too early to start planning your Christmas cookie baking - or your scrapping about it! Here's a page I did of pictures of Scott "sneaking" bites of dough and fingers of frosting during a cookie-making party at my mom's.

I started with diagonal-striped paper from a Christmas stack by D.C.W.V. I matted all my photos on brown cardstock and then added copper brads to the corners. I used more of the brown cardstock to make square mats for a random few letters in part of my title. Those letter stickers are from a Fall sticker stack by D.C.W.V. The work "SNITCH" is made from two colors of punch out letters by Colorbok. I added accents around the word with a brown marker.

I bought the cute patterned gingerbread men at a garage sale and dressed one of them up with a twine scarf. I added the date to anther with stickers. I used more twine on the edges of my journaling mat, securing it with more copper brads.
