We are Steph and Angie - sisters who love to scrapbook. We don't know design, we aren't color experts and we usually only get to scrapbook a few times a year. But, we love our families and scrapbooking our memories with them so here we are!

We'll try not to bog you down with long supply lists and explanations (half the time we can't remember what we used or it's such old stuff that you'd never find it anywhere anyway!)

Please feel free to "scrap-lift" any of our ideas that strike your fancy, and if you are a scrapbooker with your own blog, please link back to us!

Halloween 2006 - Bekah

Bekah's been talking about what she wants to be for Halloween this year for several months now. If it's not to early to plan a costume, I guess it's not too early to start looking for Halloween scrapbook page ideas either!

Here's a page I did for Bekah's Halloween 2006.
I love all the super-cute Halloween-themed papers available, but when your kid is dressed like a cute little ladybug, those don't really work! Instead, I used a sheet of 12x12 paper for the background that was printed like white weathered wood. I had some textured black and red paper that I used for picture mats. They coordinated great with her black and red outfit. For the picture of Bekah in her outfit from behind, I cut her out of the picture before matting it. I matted my journaling on plain black cardstock and hand-wrote "Happy Halloween" with a thick black marker. The stickers are an odd assortment of fall-themed and lady bug stickers that I pulled from both my and my sister's sticker stashes.
