We are Steph and Angie - sisters who love to scrapbook. We don't know design, we aren't color experts and we usually only get to scrapbook a few times a year. But, we love our families and scrapbooking our memories with them so here we are!

We'll try not to bog you down with long supply lists and explanations (half the time we can't remember what we used or it's such old stuff that you'd never find it anywhere anyway!)

Please feel free to "scrap-lift" any of our ideas that strike your fancy, and if you are a scrapbooker with your own blog, please link back to us!

Jade's 1st Birthday

I had one good picture from my daughters first birthday and so really wanted to highlight it. I triple matted the picture to really make it the focus of the page. The background paper was from a DCWV paper stack. I cut out the title with a Friskars Shape Cutter using templates. I cut out two sets to create the "shadow effect" to help the letters stand out better. I used the same technique on the #1 but had to free hand that because I didn't have a template that was big enough. I added the bow in coordinating colors to finish the page off.
