We are Steph and Angie - sisters who love to scrapbook. We don't know design, we aren't color experts and we usually only get to scrapbook a few times a year. But, we love our families and scrapbooking our memories with them so here we are!

We'll try not to bog you down with long supply lists and explanations (half the time we can't remember what we used or it's such old stuff that you'd never find it anywhere anyway!)

Please feel free to "scrap-lift" any of our ideas that strike your fancy, and if you are a scrapbooker with your own blog, please link back to us!

Bayfield Apple Festival

I created this page after my daughter and I went to the Bayfield Apple Festival in Bayfield, WI with my mom, sister and her family. I used a plain, light brown cardstock background and accented it with wide, torn strips of darker brown cardstock. The title is made with cardstock stickers.

I thought the pictures looked better off-kilter on the mats and this allowed me to include the two pictures of my daughter on a pony and the merry-go-round and still use a mat for them. I kept the page from looking too masculine with the flower stickers and the red picture mats which pick up the red in my daughters shirt and the red of the barn at the apple orchard. My other accent stickers are phrases from a fall sticker pack. I carried on the torn paper theme with my journaling block and also added a flower sticker to it.

Here's how the spread looks all together:
